Bridging the Gap Program
Our office contacts the family a minimum of two times a week to ensure the patient and families are satisfied with our services. This Program ensures the office, the field staff, and the patient's home that there are not any needs that are left unnoticed. Both Patient Satisfaction and Communication are our top priorities.
